Colored Nails

Ever since high school, I love having colored nails. I enjoy changing the colors and often mix and match them with my clothes or my mood. I feel like I'm carrying a sense of femininity when I have painted nails, especially when it's applied evenly and when it's beautifully done. I always do it myself even if I'm not good at it but I'm patient enough to let it sit and wait for it to dry and prevent the risk of messing up my nails.

Sometimes, smudging and wrinkling cannot be avoided and I get frustrated but because I love having painted nails, I'm always willing to repeat the procedure all over again. I am not allowed to have painted nails in school so I only get to paint my nails during weekends. That's also the reason why I can't buy all the colors I want. I like using nail stickers too. I want to collect different designs most especially the glittery ones.

Trendy and Stylish Clothes

As a student, mother and wife, I try to look good at all times. I feel the need to have the right style for all aspects of my day. I seldom go shopping nowadays, due to the tight budget. But I love window shopping! It's something I wouldn't get tired of doing. I always visit Forever21.com and I love checking out their fashionable items. It's one of my favorite clothing stores. They offer casual and dressy clothes for any occasion. Upon checking out their site today, I found these chic clothes and I can't describe how giddy I am and excited to own any of these items very soon.

Family Time at Serendra

Our family is fond going out and exploring new places here in Metro Manila. We always try to hang out in places where there is no need to spend a lot of money to enjoy. Serendra in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig is one of the many places we love going to. It actually looks like a park to me, surrounded by many expensive restaurants as well as expensive boutiques. We go there just to walk around, take pictures and spend time window shopping in the glamorous boutiques. We all love their Nike store because it's big and they always have new products. Each of us always find something we want to buy but most of the time, we can't afford them. Hahaha! But we were able to buy several things from Nike over the years because it's one of the best stores in the world for us! I'll make a post about that soon. =) Anyway, Serendra is truly a wonderful place to hang out with your family and friends. They also have beautiful and interesting fountain areas and a wide play area where kids can walk, run and play freely. You can even bring your pet dogs with you and just stroll around. The lights from the boutiques give the place a relaxing atmosphere at night. Here are other pictures taken at Serendra.

Comfy Flip Flops

If you are someone close to me, you certainly would know that I love wearing flip flops. They are simply very comfortable to wear but of course they should be worn appropriately. I only wear them at home, in the mall, during small get togethers, during rehearsals and during our family funtime. I don't have cute feet but I prefer to wear flip flops whenever possible because the feeling of being able to move your feet freely is quite relaxing for me. I'd love to have a huge collection, maybe collect all colors but I won't go for the overly decorated ones (not sure if that's how I should describe them) because it would be hard for me to find clothes that would match them. I only have a limited selection of clothing nowadays because I gained weight, (Aww, do I really need to mention that?) but I'm glad I have black and white, which are neutral colors and those colors match anything!

Irresistible Perfumes

One thing the hubby and I have in common is our love for perfume. We have a pretty small collection of our favorite scents and of course, in every perfume collection, there's always one scent that would stand out among all other fragrances. Something that we would be always comfortable wearing, whether we have too much or not enough on. Our choice of perfume in every single day or ocassion depends on our mood, we don't usually consult each other about what to use when we go out on dates because honestly, I adore every scent the hubby has and he carries himself very well so the perfume just adds flair to his overall look.
